Smart Sand, Inc. is seeking an experienced Load Out Crew member for our Blair, WI facility. The role involves operating equipment via computer controls to load rail cars with finished sand products for shipment, under supervision of the Logistics Supervisor.
Emphasis is on safety, accuracy, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent and prior rail, transload, or refinery exposure is preferred; MSHA training is a plus.
