We are looking for a warehouse coordinator to join our team. The warehouse coordinator is a critical position in the inventory process and will report to the warehouse manager.
Responsibilities- Unload and load trucks
- Process installation paperwork
- Assist warehouse manager with parts orders
- Facilitate return of warranty parts
- Shipping and receiving of Fed Ex and UPS
- Work side-by-side with install manager, confirming job information
- Pull and stage material within warehouse
- Data entry of parts transfers
- Assist with maintaining van inventory levels
- Help maintain a clean and organized warehouse
- Strong ability to multi-task and be productive in a demanding environment
- Ability to lift 50-100 pounds on a daily basis
- Experience working with in a fast-paced work setting
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver’s license
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Outlook
- Team player
- Compensation:
Entry Level - $24 – $27/Hour - Health Savings Account (HSA) with company contributions
