Cycle Count Team Lead - 1st Shift (Supply Chain)
Eaton's ES AMER ESS division is currently seeking a Cycle Count Team Lead - 1st Shift (Supply Chain) to join our team on Badger Dr. in Waukesha, WI!
The hourly rate for this position is $26.25 per hour. The core hours are 7 am - 3 pm. Overtime may exceed these hours and be mandatory ase note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

The Cycle Count Team Lead is responsible for organizing and overseeing daily cycle counting activities to ensure inventory accuracy across warehouse and production areas. This role involves supervising a team, investigating discrepancies, and collaborating with other departments to maintain efficient inventory control processes.
In this function, you will:
Cycle Count Operations
- Lead and schedule daily, weekly, and monthly cycle counts.
- Ensure accurate counting of inventory in designated locations.
- Publish and report cycle count results to management.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Maintain labeling and organization of storage locations.
Team Leadership
- Supervise and guide cycle count team members.
- Assign tasks and monitor performance.
- Provide training and support to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- Foster a collaborative and safety-conscious work environment.
Inventory Accuracy & Reporting
- Analyze material movements and discrepancies.
- Collaborate with procurement and warehouse teams to improve inventory systems.
- Ensure stockouts and shortages are verified and addressed.
- Maintain documentation for audits and compliance.
Warehouse Coordination
- Communicate effectively with warehouse personnel.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of materials.
- Support physical inventory and random audits.
Required (Basic)
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in inventory control or cycle counting.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Forklift certification preferred.
