Job Title: Logistics Specialist (Shipping & Receiving)

Reports To: Operations Manager

Location: On-site in Waukesha, WI

Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week

Salary: $18.00 per hour D.O.E.

Summary of Position

The Logistics Specialist (Shipping & Receiving) is responsible for accurately receiving, organizing, processing, and shipping products to support client orders and company operations. This role helps maintain inventory accuracy, ensures timely order fulfillment, and supports production and embroidery operations as needed. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities
  • Receive, unload, inspect, label, and store incoming inventory and warehouse stock.
  • Upload customer and shipping information into shipping software and systems.
  • Process online store product orders by picking, packing, labeling, and shipping products accurately and efficiently.
  • Prepare and complete orders for delivery or customer pickup according to established schedules.
  • Sort and organize client flash‑sale orders for proper shipment and distribution.
  • Verify order accuracy before shipment to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Perform inventory control activities to maintain accurate stock levels and adequate client inventory on hand.
  • Maintain high inventory quality standards and assist with inventory audits and cycle counts.
  • Assist the embroidery department with checking in embroidery orders and inventory.
  • Report damaged, missing, or incorrect inventory to management.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment while optimizing storage space and workflow efficiency.
  • Follow company safety procedures and communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to support daily operations.
Qualifications
  • 1+ year of warehousing/delivery/inventory management preferred.
  • Experience with inventory management software.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Retail merchandising and/or promotional products industry experience is a plus.
