Friday - Sunday
7:00 AM - 7:30 PM
$19.00 per hour
Position OverviewThe Warehouse Picker/Packer is responsible for accurately picking and packing orders while maintaining productivity and quality standards. Success in this role is measured by meeting or exceeding order-per-hour (OPH) goals and ensuring customer orders are processed efficiently and accurately.
Key Responsibilities- Pick orders from designated locations
- Verify merchandise accuracy
- Pack products and prepare orders for shipment
- Send completed orders to the shipping line
- Replenish products for PTL machines for upcoming shifts
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Report equipment issues, errors, or operational concerns to team leaders
- Follow company procedures, training guides, and best practices
- Cross-train in other warehouse departments as needed
- Remove dunnage from inbound loads
- Document incoming loads with photos using a company-issued tablet
- Restack pallets when loads have shifted
- Inspect pallet quality
- Wrap pallets manually with stretch wrap as needed
- Track and document pallet movement using Excel spreadsheets
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Ability to lift, move, and handle merchandise safely
- Comfortable using tablets and basic Excel spreadsheets
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
- Team-oriented attitude
