Full Charge Bookkeeper

Description We are looking for an experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team in Waunakee, Wisconsin. This long-term contract position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, with expertise in managing financial transactions and maintaining accurate records. Responsibilities:

- Handle all aspects of full charge bookkeeping, ensuring financial records are accurate and up-to-date.

- Utilize Quick Books to manage and track financial transactions efficiently.

- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.

- Perform monthly bank reconciliations to maintain accurate account balances.

- Manage full-cycle payroll, including processing and compliance with regulations.

- Prepare financial reports and statements for review by management.

- Maintain organized records and documentation to support audits and financial reviews.

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.

- Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial records promptly.

- Stay updated on relevant accounting practices and regulations. Requirements - Proven experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or in a similar role.

- Proficiency in Quick Books and other accounting software.

- Strong knowledge of accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes.

- Ability to perform accurate bank reconciliations.

- Experience managing full-cycle payroll.

- Excellent organizational and time management skills.

- High attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.

- Strong communication skills for collaborating with team members and management.
