Customer Experience Representative

Position Title:

Customer Experience Representative Wage: $23.21/hour

Shift: 1st

Hours:

8:00am-5:00pm Monday-Friday QPS Employment Group is hiring a Customer Experience Representative for a company in Waunakee, WI. This is a potential to hire opportunity on 1st shift.

include but are not limited to:

• Enter orders into manufacturing system
• Contact customers for information about purchase orders
• Work with drafting on order information
• File and maintain paperwork associated with each order
• Assist CSR team by working on quotes from the quotes queue
• Assist CSR team by taking customer phone calls (in back‑up capacity)
• May be assigned order processing duties for key and target accounts
• Other duties as assigned

• High school diploma or equivalent
• History of good attendance
• Dedication to quality and accuracy
• Physical ability to sit at a desk for 8 hours a day
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn and operate different programs
