What You'll Do
  • Deliver outstanding preventive and periodontal care while maintaining the highest clinical standards.
  • Perform comprehensive patient assessments, screenings, periodontal charting, radiographs, and preventive treatments.
  • Educate patients on oral health, home care, and treatment recommendations that improve long-term outcomes.
  • Partner closely with doctors and the dental team to provide seamless, patient-focused care.
  • Build trust with patients while creating positive experiences that keep them returning for years to come.
  • Help foster a welcoming, collaborative culture where patients and teammates feel valued.
What You'll Bring
  • Current Dental Hygienist license (or ability to obtain licensure in Wisconsin).

Schedule (days/hours)

Monday 8am-4:30pm, Tuesday 8am-4:30pm, Wednesday 8am-4:30pm, Thursday 8am-4:30pm

Responsibilities
  • Deliver high‑quality standard of care through preventive treatments, diagnostics, and evidence‑based protocols.
  • Educate and motivate patients toward better oral and overall health.
  • Collaborate with dentists and hygiene teammates to co‑diagnose and personalize treatment.
  • Create a welcoming, judgement‑free environment for every patient.
  • Stay current with new technologies and instruments that advance care.
Qualifications
  • A licensed dental hygienist who is passionate about patient care, education, and practising at the top of their scope to improve oral health outcomes.
  • Either an active state hygiene license or eligibility to become licensed (new grads are welcome!)
  • A current CPR certification.
