General Dentist Opportunity – Waunakee, WI (Madison, WI) – $200k First-Year Guarantee

Dental Care at Woodland Crest in Waunakee, WI, is seeking a General Dentist. This is a full-time role replacing a departing provider with an established patient base and immediate demand for care.

This opportunity offers a $200,000 first-year guarantee, full clinical autonomy, and the support of Heartland Dental. The practice provides a broad scope of care, including endodontics and clear aligner therapy, with the ability to build a productive schedule quickly.

Schedule is Monday through Friday, with a minimum of 4 days per week.

Located just outside Madison, Waunakee offers a strong community, great schools, and easy access to a larger metro area.

Total compensation from your supported practice includes a guaranteed base salary, personal collections, practice profit sharing bonus, doctor mastery program, stock purchase + hygiene bonus.

* Full benefit eligibility determined by role and schedule

Qualifications include a DDS/DMD degree, active and unrestricted license, clinical knowledge to practice comprehensive dentistry, including diagnosis and treatment of oral health issues, desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet needs of patients, ability to become credentialed with dental insurance plans, and completion of Tuberculosis (TB) testing prior to starting employment.
