School Occupational Therapist - Waunakee, Wisconsin

Qualifications & Experience Desired:

• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in Wisconsin
• Experience working in school settings or with pediatric populations preferred
• Versatility in providing OT services, both in schools and home health environments
• Strong collaboration and communication skills with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Ability to adapt therapy plans to meet individual student needs
• Dedicated to supporting educational goals and inclusive practices

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy services to K-12 students as outlined in their Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Assess, document, and track student progress toward therapy goals
• Consult with educators and families to ensure student success in the classroom and beyond
• Develop creative interventions to enhance students' participation in school routines and daily activities
• Ensure compliance with state and district guidelines throughout the contract timeframe
• Participate in meetings, provide updates, and maintain accurate records
