Life Time is seeking a Kids Parties & Events Lead to organize and supervise kids' parties at our facilities. You will train and coach party hosts, schedule team members, and select activities and lesson plans tailored to each event.
You will provide activities and supplies to staff, work with families to register and prep, and coordinate with Café, pool, and other departments to ensure parties run smoothly while keeping children safe, engaged, and having fun.
