Customer Service Rep
Position Overview
This role is responsible for providing sales support to customers and internal sales representatives. Key responsibilities include expediting orders, preparing quotes, processing orders, restocking, and troubleshooting customer issues. This is not a high-volume, call‑center‑style customer service position. Instead, it focuses on handling customized orders and responding to client‑specific inquiries. The role requires collaboration with internal teams such as engineering and warehouse operations to ensure accurate and timely solutions.
New hires will begin as Order Processing Representatives, focusing primarily on data entry while learning internal systems and product lines. Daily work will involve using Outlook, Excel, and SAP.

- Strong analytical thinking and ability to learn technical product knowledge
- Positive attitude
- Typing proficiency of at least 45 WPM
- Strong computer skills
- Excellent attention to detail

- 4‑year college degree
- Experience with SAP
- 2‑4 years of technical customer service experience
- Familiarity with the power transmission industry
- Interest in technical or hands‑on activities (e.g., automotive work, farming, etc.)
- Bilingual in English and Spanish

Job Type & LocationContract to Hire position based out of Waunakee, WI. This is a fully onsite position.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $23.21 - $23.21/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
