As a Treasury Management Business Development professional at One Community Bank, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth for our core deposits. Your responsibilities will include developing and nurturing new relationships across individual, commercial, and municipal sectors through targeted referral and business development efforts. You will be tasked with selling Treasury Management and cash management products to both new and existing clients, as well as coordinating the implementation of services such as ACH origination and business online banking.

Collaboration is key; you'll work closely with the Commercial Lending team and the Director of Treasury Management on various initiatives. Additionally, you will represent One Community Bank at community events, cross-sell our diverse range of products, and engage in weekly sales meetings hosted by the Market President to refine strategies for client retention and community engagement.

To thrive as a Treasury Management Business Development professional at One Community Bank, candidates should possess a robust foundation of banking experience, ideally 3-5 years in the industry or a related field. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for effectively conveying complex financial concepts to clients and collaborating with team members.
