As our next HR Generalist, you won’t just support the business—you’ll shape the employee experience.
What You’ll Do Talent Attraction & Employer Branding- Design and execute creative recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Promote Renew Aire as an employer of choice through branding initiatives and networking.
- Build strong partnerships with colleges, trade programs, and professional organizations.
- Represent Renew Aire at job fairs and community hiring events.
- Lead full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- Partner with leaders to navigate employee relations matters with professionalism and care.
- Administer FMLA, ADA, and other leave programs in compliance with federal and state regulations.
- Serve as primary contact for safety investigations, near misses, and workers’ compensation cases.
- Drive safety culture initiatives including ergonomics, CPR/First Aid programs, and recognition efforts.
- Support policy development and ensure adherence to HR and OSHA guidelines.
- Lead seamless onboarding and offboarding experiences.
- Develop and analyze HR and safety metrics to inform retention and engagement strategies.
- Support training initiatives and employee development tracking.
- Participate in cross-functional HR projects that enhance engagement, performance, and culture.
- Provide backup support across HR functions to ensure operational excellence.

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2–5 years of progressive HR experience.
- Experience with federal and state employment laws including ADA, EEO, ERISA, FMLA, and OSHA.
- Proven full-cycle recruitment experience.
- Ability to manage competing priorities while delivering an exceptional candidate and employee experience.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, ATS systems, and HR software platforms.
