Genus is seeking a Field Service Technician based in Waunakee, Wisconsin, to support Intelli Gen flow cytometry technology across manufacturing and deployment efforts. Travel to client sites is occasional, typically for site setup and deployment activities.
You will perform final assembly, calibration, and testing of instrumentation, while providing hands-on technical support at client locations and troubleshooting to maximize system performance. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.
