We are seeking a skilled Robotic Welding Operator to operate and maintain robotic welding systems in our production facility. The ideal candidate will have experience with automated welding processes, be detail-oriented, and ensure high-quality welds that meet company standards.
Responsibilities- Set up and operate robotic welding equipment according to specifications.
- Load and unload materials onto welding fixtures and jigs.
- Monitor robotic welding operations and adjust parameters as needed to maintain quality.
- Perform quality inspections of welded components to ensure adherence to company and industry standards.
- Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting of robotic welding equipment.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and welding symbols.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve welding processes.
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Experience with Miller/Panasonic welding robots.
- Knowledge of MIG welding, welding techniques, and metal fabrication processes.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
