Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Robotic Welding Operator to operate and maintain robotic welding systems in our production facility. The ideal candidate will have experience with automated welding processes, be detail-oriented, and ensure high-quality welds that meet company standards.

Responsibilities
  • Set up and operate robotic welding equipment according to specifications.
  • Load and unload materials onto welding fixtures and jigs.
  • Monitor robotic welding operations and adjust parameters as needed to maintain quality.
  • Perform quality inspections of welded components to ensure adherence to company and industry standards.
  • Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting of robotic welding equipment.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and welding symbols.
  • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve welding processes.
  • Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Qualifications
  • Experience with Miller/Panasonic welding robots.
  • Knowledge of MIG welding, welding techniques, and metal fabrication processes.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
