* Assemble and test motors per work order instructions.
* Inspect motors and diagnose any possible defects.
* Perform work related to maintaining 5S program (housekeeping).
* Be an active participant in the company's suggestion, quality, gain sharing, and cost-saving programs.
* Perform other duties as assigned.
* Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
* Experience:
Previous assembly experience preferred. Electrical wiring background beneficial.
* Skills and Key Attributes:
Ability to read drawings, blue-prints, and wiring diagnosis. Basic math and computer skills. Must be detail oriented.
* Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 50lbs. Ability to stand on feet and move around for up to 8-12 hours per day.
