• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, outdoor environment while maintaining accuracy, organization, and safety.
• Strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to follow directions.
• Willingness and ability to perform physical, hands‑on work, including possibly lifting 50 lbs. or more.
• Ability to pass a drug test.
• Dependable team player with a strong work ethic and focus on safety.
• Previous field, construction, manufacturing, or similar experience is helpful but not required.
• Role‑specific qualifications may apply.
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.

• Assisting with general site, facility, or operational tasks.
• Handling materials, tools, and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Supporting skilled team members and supervisors as needed.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Following all safety procedures and company policies.
• Performing other related duties based on project or operational needs.
• Responsibilities will be assigned based on the role identified as the best fit for the applicant.
