Production Utility Specialist -1st Shift

Overview

Base Pay $20.72 / Year. Employee Type Full Time - Hourly.

• Pull materials for the assembly teams and check work orders for accuracy.
• Visually inspect parts for quality.
• Pull finished product to paint and organize according to paint type and dates.
• Maintain the department's 5S program and housekeeping standards.
• Receive training and perform assembly-related tasks as needed, including NEMA building, turning motor end bells, and other assembly functions.
• Be an active participant in the company’s suggestion, quality, efficiency, and cost savings program.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience: Forklift experience is preferred.
• Skills and Key Attributes: Strong organizational and mathematical skills, computer experience, and SAP experience preferred. Excellent communication skills, self-motivation, and ability to work in a team environment are essential.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Ability to stand on feet and move around for up to 8-12 hours per day.

The Production Utility Specialist is responsible for the pulling of materials for the Gearbox Assembly Teams and pulling finished product to paint.
