4-10s Schedule | Monday–Thursday | 4:30 AM–2:30 PMDo you like working with your hands, using tools, and seeing the finished product you're responsible for?
We’re looking for an Assembler/Finisher to join our manufacturing team! In this role, you’ll work with fabricated metal parts, assembling components and putting the finishing touches on products before they move on to the next step.
If you take pride in quality work, pay attention to the details, and enjoy a hands-on environment, this could be a great fit for you!
WHAT YOU’LL DOYour work will help turn fabricated metal components into finished, quality products.
Your day may include:
Assembling fabricated metal components using work instructions, blueprints, and shop drawings.
Grinding, sanding, deburring, and polishing metal parts to remove sharp edges, weld splatter, and imperfections.
Using hand tools, power tools, grinders, sanders, riveters, and other finishing equipment.
Measuring parts using calipers, tape measures, and other measuring tools.
Inspecting parts to make sure they are assembled correctly and meet quality standards.
Preparing surfaces for painting, coating, or additional processing.
Identifying and reporting defective materials, assembly issues, or equipment concerns.
Working with supervisors and teammates to meet production goals and deadlines.
Keeping your work area clean, organized, and safe.
Enjoy hands-on work and working with tools.
Have strong attention to detail.
Take pride in producing quality work.
Can read and follow blueprints, drawings, or work instructions.
Are comfortable using hand and power tools.
Have good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
Can work independently while also being a strong team player.
Have manufacturing or metal fabrication experience — especially with grinding, sanding, deburring, or polishing.
WHY JOIN OUR TEAM?
We believe our employees deserve to feel like part of the team — not just another number.
Here are a few things you can look forward to:
Monthly Catered Luncheons We provide catered lunches for employees on all three shifts!
Comprehensive Benefits Package We offer a full, comprehensive benefits package designed to support our employees and their families.
Paid ESL Classes We provide paid English as a Second Language (ESL) classes to help employees strengthen their English skills, build confidence, and succeed both at work and in everyday life.
4-10 Schedule Enjoy a consistent Monday–Thursday schedule, giving you three-day weekends every week!
Team Environment Work alongside a variety of production teams to build, finish, and deliver quality products to our customers.
Opportunity to Learn & Grow Build your skills in metal fabrication, assembly, finishing, and quality while gaining valuable manufacturing experience.
Safety-Focused Workplace We take safety seriously and provide the PPE and training needed to perform the job safely.
READY TO GET TO WORK?
If you're dependable, hands-on, detail-oriented, and take pride in doing quality work, we'd love to meet you!
