Multi-Site Maintenance Tech

Lutheran Social Services seeks a Multi-Site Maintenance Tech to support safe, welcoming environments across our housing and care programs. This hands-on role performs preventive and corrective maintenance on building systems, equipment, and units at multiple locations, including basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry work. The technician completes work orders, coordinates with vendors, and conducts safety checks to meet regulatory standards.

Working largely on-site and traveling between facilities, you’ll partner with program teams to ensure residents, clients, and staff benefit from well-maintained, mission-driven spaces.
