Warehouse Lead

ASAHI BEER USA INC is seeking a Warehouse Lead to oversee daily warehouse operations supporting our premium beer portfolio. Based in Torrance, CA, you will coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, inventory accuracy, and adherence to safety and quality standards. You'll lead and schedule warehouse associates, manage 3PL partners, and ensure on-time order fulfillment for distributors and retail customers. The role partners closely with supply chain, sales, and logistics to optimize space, maintain accurate records, and support continuous improvement in a fast-paced, beverage-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, and shipping
• Lead, schedule, and train warehouse associates to meet productivity and accuracy targets
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, reconciliations, and proper documentation
• Operate or oversee use of forklifts and material-handling equipment safely and efficiently
• Ensure compliance with safety, OSHA, and food/beverage handling standards
• Coordinate inbound and outbound loads with carriers, 3
• PL partners, and internal teams
• Monitor warehouse layout, space utilization, and stock rotation to protect product quality
• Use WMS/ERP systems to process orders, track inventory, and generate reports
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce errors
• Partner with supply chain and sales teams to meet service level and on-time delivery goals
