Accounts Payable Accountant

Tarvos Talent is exclusively working with a client who is seeking an Accounts Payable professional to support day-to-day payables operations and ensure timely and accurate processing of vendor payments. This role works closely with internal teams and external vendors to maintain strong relationships and resolve discrepancies as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process vendor invoices and ensure proper approvals and documentation
• Assist with payment preparation and weekly disbursements
• Research and resolve invoice and payment discrepancies
• Respond to vendor and internal inquiries related to accounts payable
• Maintain accurate and organized records
• Support month-end close activities, including reconciliations and journal entries
• Assist with audits and ongoing process improvements
• Provide guidance and support within the AP function as needed

This position reports to Accounting leadership and offers the opportunity to contribute to a collaborative finance team.
