Work site: Waupaca, WI
Start Date:August 19, 2026
Starting Pay:$15.41-$16.95 per hour, depending on experience
Status:Part time - 20 hours per week, part year
Benefits:Paid time off, holidays, 401K (6% match), life insurance access to health, dental, vision and disability insurance.
Duties: Assist the teacher in preparing and conducting classroom activities which provide a developmentally age and stage appropriate curriculum, utilizing developmentally appropriate practices as outlined in the Program's philosophy and Creative Curriculum.
Minimum Qualifications:

  • Completion of high school or equivalent.
  • Completion of two courses in Early Childhood Education through an institute of higher education.
  • Six months' related work experience working in Early Childhood.
  • Must obtain and maintain a current certificate of completion for infant and child cardiopulmonary resuscitation w/AED (CPR) within 2 months of hire.
  • Certificate of completion of Abusive Head Trauma training prior to working at the center.
