Key Responsibilities
Evaluate and assess patients' occupational therapy needs
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve independence and functional abilities
Provide therapy to enhance mobility, strength, and daily living skills
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and therapy teams for optimal patient outcomes
Maintain accurate clinical documentation in accordance with regulations
Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy techniques and progress
Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and discharge planning
Requirements
Active Wisconsin Occupational Therapist license  (or eligibility to obtain)
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
Strong communication, assessment, and treatment planning skills
Previous clinical or rehabilitation experience preferred
