Job Title

Registered Nurse (RN) – 12 Hour PM/Noc Shift – 2-2-3 Schedule

$38.00 to $43.00 per hour, based on experience.

As a member of the interdisciplinary team, the Registered Nurse provides general nursing care, administers treatments and medications according to each resident’s comprehensive assessment and plan of care. Supervises direct care staff and makes decisions about resident care needs during shift within scope of clinical competence, consistent with facility policies and procedures.

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school with a current, active license as RN or P/VN in Wisconsin.
• Demonstrated competency in physical, behavioral, and functional capacity assessment of long‑term care residents.
• Ability to understand and follow written and verbal directions, and to express oneself accurately in written and oral communication, including documentation in clinical records.
• Excellent attendance and reliability.
• Strong teamwork and customer service skills.
• Ability to support residents with dignity, compassion, and respect.
