• Seek out opportunities for community/social integration
• Help consumers plan and prepare choices of fun events and outings
• Assist with self‑care—dressing, bathing, showering, brushing teeth, toileting, shaving
• Medication administration
• Meal preparation and planning
• Transportation of consumers

• Minimum age 18 years
• Acceptable background character verification
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks—twist, turn, squat, bend, reach, pull, push from high or low positions, raise arms above shoulder, walk, sit (chair and floor), climb stairs, and use hands and fingers
• Basic spoken and written English
• Basic reading, writing, and internet navigation skills
