AM shift 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM FT Weekend openings

PM shift - 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM FT, PT & Weekends

NOC shift 10 PM-6:30 AM FT, PT & Weekends

Tasks:

• As a vital member of the interdisciplinary team, the LPN Staff Nurse:
  • Provides direct resident care in accordance with each individual's assessment and personalized care plan.
  • Administers medications and treatments accurately and safely.
  • Supervises and supports direct care staff, offering guidance and oversight to ensure quality care delivery.
  • Makes real-time decisions regarding residents' needs during their shift, within their clinical scope and aligned with facility policies and procedures.

Key Requirements:

• LPN License
