Hours: Mon‑Thu 7am‑6pm, Fri 7am‑3pm
Marinette Foundry: 3900 Hall Ave, Marinette, WI 54143
Hours: Mon‑Tues and Thurs‑Fri 7am‑5pm
Primary Responsibilities:- Deliver high‑quality Primary Care services including:
- Wellness and Preventative Physical Exams
- Acute care of minor illness and injuries
- Chronic Disease Management and Longitudinal care
- Minor procedures (suturing, splinting, incision/drainage, etc.)
- Lifestyle and well‑being counseling
- Medical management of behavioral health conditions
- One of the following licensures with Full Practice Authority (FPA):
- Certified Family Nurse Practitioner through the ANCC/AANP
- Certified Physician Assistant through the NCCPA
- Active DEA (Drug Enforcement Administration) registration
- Current CPR certification
- 2+ years of clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in primary care, family medicine, internal medicine, ambulatory, emergency, and/or urgent care settings
- Experience using computers for professional communication
- Experience using Electronic Health Record systems for medical documentation
- Experience seeing patients of all ages, including children and adolescents
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel between Waupaca and Marinette as needed
- Experience using Athena EMR for medical documentation
- Proven ability to work autonomously in a clinical setting
Compensation typically ranges from $52.64 to $78.85 per hour. Total cash compensation includes base pay and bonus and may increase over time based on productivity and performance. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
