Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM | Every Other Weekend Required Position Summary Under the supervision of the Director of Nursing, the Nurse Manager assumes delegated responsibility and accountability for delivering resident care in accordance with professional nursing standards and all state and federal regulations. This role ensures implementation of nursing policies and procedures aligned with the facility’s mission and philosophy while promoting the highest practicable physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being of each resident.
The Nurse Manager also leads key functions, including staff education, infection control, quality assurance, and admission screening. This position requires effective resource management to ensure care is delivered efficiently, responsibly, and with a focus on continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities Oversee and coordinate resident care delivery in accordance with regulatory and professional standards Implement and monitor nursing policies and procedures Lead and support infection control, quality assurance, and staff education initiatives Participate in admission screening to ensure appropriate placement and care planning Supervise nursing staff, providing guidance, accountability, and performance oversight Ensure efficient and responsible use of resources Promote a culture of safety, compliance, and continuous improvement Support interdisciplinary collaboration to enhance resident outcomes Our Work Culture & Expectations We are accountable for what we commit to.

Eliminate finger-pointing and contribute to measurable success across the organization Qualifications Current, active Registered Nurse (RN) license Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing environment Knowledge of state and federal regulations related to long-term care Demonstrated ability to supervise and lead staff effectively Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through Proficiency with relevant computer systems and software We offer a competitive starting wage along with a comprehensive benefits package for staff scheduled to work 60 hours biweekly or more, including:
