Job SummaryWe are seeking a detail-oriented and self-directed Inside Sales Representatives to join our office based sales team. The primary role involves logging and creating quotes, following up with customers on quotes, entering feedback into our CRM system, and communicating the status of key quotes to outside sales representatives. This position is essential to streamlining our sales process, ensuring accurate data management, and supporting our outside sales team in closing new business.
The ideal candidate excels at phone and email communication, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is meticulous in managing details.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- 0-3 years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or a related role (experience in manufacturing or industrial sectors preferred but not required).
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Hub Spot) is a plus.
- Self-directed with the ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, with comfort and confidence engaging customers via phone and email.
- Ability to build rapport with customers and understand their needs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
