Facilities Technician II

Theda Care -  - Responsibilities:
Provides a timely and effective response to unanticipated facility needs, minimizing risks to patient and team members to maintain safety and avoid interruption of service;
Makes inspections of buildings, systems, components, and other structures to determine functional status of equipment;
Detects malfunctions and the need for repairs by making notes and recommendations within a standardized maintenance program;
Orders parts and maintains required documents;
Performs scheduled and unscheduled maintenance across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, power plant, carpentry, and other building systems
