As an Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Specialist, you’ll be the go-to expert turning complex electrical drawings into real-world fixes, elevating reliability, and sharing best practices across the team.
Why this role matters
Keep production moving by interpreting schematics to diagnose and resolve electrical issues.
Use mechanical troubleshooting to eliminate recurring equipment problems.
Install and upgrade electrical systems to improve performance and safety.
Perform in-depth electrical troubleshooting to isolate faults and implement repairs.
Conduct formal machine safety inspections to meet regulatory and internal standards.
Collaborate to refine maintenance processes and standard work.
Document all work clearly to maintain accurate maintenance histories.
Grow your expertise
Background as an Electrical Maintenance Technician or similar capacity.
Ability to read and apply electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
Demonstrated mechanical diagnostic skills.
Hands-on experience with electrical installation and maintenance routines.
Knowledge of applicable safety rules and machine safety requirements.
Team-oriented mindset with the confidence to work independently.
Problem-solving orientation with meticulous attention to detail.
Industry certifications in electrical maintenance are advantageous.
