• Turn electrical schematics and wiring diagrams into clear diagnostics that resolve issues fast.
• Apply hands‑on mechanical troubleshooting to keep equipment and machinery running smoothly.
• Install and upgrade electrical systems, components, and controls as needs evolve.
• Lead rigorous electrical fault‑finding to identify root causes and implement effective fixes.
• Execute machine safety inspections to maintain compliance with all standards.
• Partner with teammates to refine maintenance procedures and elevate reliability.
• Record work performed and maintain accurate, organized maintenance documentation.

• Experience in an Electrical Maintenance Technician (or closely related) role.
• Fluency reading electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting capabilities.
• Background in electrical installation and ongoing maintenance.
• Working knowledge of safety regulations and machine safety audit practices.
• Comfort operating both independently and collaboratively.
• Analytical mindset with sharp attention to detail.
• Relevant electrical maintenance certifications are a plus.
