When a motor trips or a line goes quiet, you’re the calm in the storm. As our Industrial Electrical Reliability Technician at Waupaca Foundry, you’ll keep complex electrical systems healthy, safe, and ready for whatever the shift brings.

What your day might look like

Start with a quick review of overnight logs and your work orders, then trace issues using electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
Diagnose faults on production equipment — from sensors to drives — and restore operation with clean, lasting fixes.
Perform mechanical troubleshooting when problems cross disciplines, coordinating with maintenance teammates as needed.
Install or upgrade circuits, panels, and components to support new equipment or improve performance.
Complete machine safety inspections and verify compliance with applicable safety standards.
Capture accurate documentation of work performed and recommend improvements to procedures and PM tasks.

What you bring

Hands-on experience in an electrical maintenance or comparable industrial role.
Fluency reading and interpreting schematics and wiring diagrams.
Strong mechanical troubleshooting ability alongside your electrical skill set.
Background with electrical installation and ongoing maintenance practices.
Working knowledge of regulatory requirements and machine safety inspection methods.
Comfort operating independently and collaborating in a team environment.
A methodical problem-solver’s mindset and sharp attention to detail.
Relevant electrical maintenance certifications are a plus.
