Tomorrow's Children, Inc. seeks a compassionate Case Manager to join our nonprofit residential facility. You will coordinate services for children in residential care and collaborate with county, state, and other social workers to develop individualized treatment plans.
You will provide case management services, including referrals, intake, ongoing coordination, discharge planning, and support families throughout treatment, advocating for the best interests of the children we serve.
