Days of work would be Monday-Thursday 8a-4:30p. No Weekends!

As our Business Office Manager, you will ensure the financial health and smooth operation of our facility:
Financial Record Keeping: Manage cash receipts, maintain resident trust accounts (balanced monthly), and secure financial data within resident files.
Billing & Collections: Coordinate with corporate billers for timely invoicing and partner with the Administrator to manage accounts receivable and collections.
Resident & Family Support: Assist residents and families with bill explanations and guide them directly through the Medicaid qualification process
.Compliance & System Management: Maintain accounts receivable systems and ensure strict adherence to reimbursement regulations.
Confidentiality: Uphold absolute privacy regarding all sensitive resident and financial information.
Coordination and Administration of Resident Transportation Services and Appointments
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Previous Business Office Management experience, preferably within a healthcare or long-term care setting.
Must have at least three (3) years of experience in a billing or supervisory capacity in the business office of a hospital, nursing home, or other related health care facility.
Knowledgeable of skilled nursing home regulations, procedures, laws, regulations and guidelines pertaining to long-term care.
Strong understanding of financial operations, patient accounts, and reimbursement systems.
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Business Administration or related field preferred.
