Financial Advisor

Edward Jones is seeking a Financial Advisor to build and grow a client practice using support from branch and regional teams.

• Build relationships and acquire new clients through face‑to‑face, virtual, networking, referrals, social media, and speaking engagements.
• Deeply understand clients’ goals and needs to develop personalized, comprehensive strategies.
• Oversee branch processes and roles to ensure a high‑quality client experience in line with firm policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical guidelines.
• Engage the branch team to create, monitor, and adjust the branch business plan to increase effectiveness and achieve desired business results.
• Create an engaging branch environment rooted in mutual trust, respect, feedback, and accountability.

• At least one of the following: bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; financial services or sales experience; financial services registration, licensing, or certification; professional or military career progression.
• Interest in financial services and markets; passion for learning; strong relationship‑building ability; critical thinking skills; enthusiasm for new opportunities.
• Ability to learn and grow through a comprehensive training program and to deliver personalized investment and financial solutions.

• SIE, Series 7, Series 66, and Series 63 are required; state insurance licenses are also required.
• FINRA registrations must be obtained within three months of hire.
• Ongoing training and continuing education are required to maintain licenses.
