As a Dietary Assistant
, you are a vital part of our residents’ daily experience. You’ll work closely with our culinary team to ensure that every meal is nutritious, safe, and served with a smile.

• Meal Support:
  Assist the Dietary Manager and Cook in preparing high-quality meals tailored to resident needs.
• Service Excellence:
  Deliver food trucks to units promptly; ensure food stations are clean, organized, and inviting.
• Kitchen Care:
  Handle dishwashing, sanitation of cooking vessels, and silverware to maintain a five-star environment.
• Inventory & Safety:
  Monitor stock levels and ingredients; strictly follow local, state, and federal regulations and facility compliance programs.
• Efficiency:
  Manage waste disposal and station cleanup to ensure a seamless kitchen flow.

• Education:
  
  High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience:
  
  Previous experience as a dietary aide in a nursing home or rehab facility is highly preferred.
• Energy: A positive, creative, and energetic attitude is a must.
• Independence:
  Ability to take initiative while also being a reliable 'team player.'
