At SSM Health, we are committed to delivering exceptional healthcare services. We are seeking candidates for a full-time opportunity in our Waupun occupational health clinic. This unique position will provide patient care and be a partner to our employer contracts. You'll handle pre-employment and work-related physicals, as well as developing population health programs.
Job Details:- 100% Outpatient clinic setting

- NO nights/weekends/holidays or call!
- Patient-focused support staff - dedicated MA and lab tech available
- EPIC EMR
- Labs, imaging, and specialty clinics onsite at SSM Health Waupun Memorial Hospital!
Qualifications:
- Experience strongly preferred
- Detail-oriented
- Strong time management skills
- Graduate of a nationally accredited Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) Program
- Ability to obtain PA/NP licensure and DEA License in Wisconsin
- NPs require APRN
- Preferred certifications - will need to be obtained
- Medical Examiner certification for DOT physicals
- NIOSH
- CAOHC
