Clinical Pharmacist
You will provide pharmaceutical and clinical services through the Bureau of Health Services Central Pharmacy, supporting patients in Wisconsin’s correctional health system while delivering care that mirrors standards found in non-correctional clinical settings.
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM (subject to breaks)
Hours: Up to 40 hours per week
What You Will DoReview medication orders for accuracy, safety, allergies, and appropriateness of therapy
Apply clinical judgment and provide recommendations when indicated
Deliver pharmaceutical and clinical services consistent with professional standards
Collaborate with healthcare professionals on medication-related matters
Support safe, efficient medication management in a high-volume pharmacy environment
