Position Title: 3rd Shift Shipper (Material Handler)

Wage: $21.00/Hour

Shift: 3rd

Hours: 11:00 pm - 07:00 am

• Pick, pack, and prepare products for shipment
• Verify counts, weights, and product information against orders and shipping documents
• Read and follow production schedules, routers, and shipping instructions
• Inspect products using scales, visual checks, and other tools to ensure quality standards
• Operate equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and shrink wrap machines
• Load and unload materials and move product within the facility
• Label and prepare shipments, including printing and applying shipping labels
• Assemble containers and prepare product for shipment (banding, wrapping, etc.)
• Ensure outgoing shipments meet customer specifications
• Follow all safety, quality, and company guidelines
• Assist with basic equipment troubleshooting and general upkeep

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• At least 1 year of related experience in manufacturing, shipping, or warehouse
• Basic math and computer skills
• Ability to read and follow instructions and safety procedures
• Forklift experience or willingness to become certified preferred
• Ability to stand and move throughout the shift
• Frequent bending, stooping, and reaching
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally (25 lbs frequently)
• Use of hands for handling tools and materials
