Opportunity:

LPN - Corrections

Job Details:

• Work up to 40 hours per week for 26 weeks

• 5x8 schedule with scheduled hours of 1:00 PM to 9:30 PM

• Weekend and holiday rotation required

• Pass staff controlled medications in the cell halls

• Pass KOP (Keep on Person) medication to patients

• Audit medication carts and ensure proper medication management

• Move medication when patients transfer between cells or buildings

• Perform other duties as assigned

• Work in a correctional facility environment

• Must be licensed as an LPN

This correctional healthcare facility provides comprehensive medical services to an incarcerated population. The facility maintains strict protocols for medication administration and management within a secure environment. Healthcare professionals work as part of a multidisciplinary team to ensure proper medical care and medication safety for all residents while adhering to correctional facility security procedures and protocols.
