• Sign‑On Bonuses: $7,500 (Full‑Time) | $3,750 (Part‑Time).

• Perform comprehensive assessments and evaluate resident well‑being, reporting status changes to physicians immediately.
• Maintain precise clinical records in strict compliance with state regulations.
• Transcribe physician orders to MARs and safely administer medications and complex treatments.
• Supervise and mentor LPNs and CNAs to ensure the highest standards of care.
• Lead the clinical response during emergency situations to ensure resident safety.

• Active and unrestricted RN license in the state of Wisconsin.
• Strong critical thinking and the ability to act decisively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience:
  
  Skilled nursing or sub‑acute experience valued; new graduates encouraged to apply.
• Excellent communication skills to lead a diverse nursing team and engage with families.
