As a vital clinical leader, you will oversee the following:

• Clinical Oversight: Perform comprehensive assessments and evaluate resident well-being, reporting status changes to physicians immediately.

• Documentation: Maintain precise clinical records in strict compliance with state regulations as an RN Registered Nurse
  .

• Medication & Treatment: Transcribe physician orders to MARs and safely administer medications and complex treatments.

• Unit Leadership: Supervise and mentor LPNs and CNAs to ensure the highest standards of care.

• Emergency Response: Lead the clinical response during emergency situations to ensure resident safety.

• Licensure: Active and unrestricted RN Registered Nurse license in the state of Wisconsin.

• Judgment: Strong critical thinking and the ability to act decisively in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience: Skilled nursing or sub-acute experience is valued; however, new graduates are encouraged to apply.

• Communication: Excellent skills to lead a diverse nursing team and effectively engage with families.
