• Accurately transcribe physician orders to MARs/TARs and coordinate seamlessly with pharmacy partners for timely prescription fulfillment.
• Supervise and mentor Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), ensuring that all personal care is delivered with the highest level of dignity and clinical quality.

• Must hold a current, unrestricted LPN license in the state of Wisconsin.
• Exceptional clinical judgment and the ability to remain effective and composed in a fast‑paced medical environment.
• Proficiency with electronic charting systems and strong organizational skills for managing complex care tasks.
