Quality Improvement Engineer; m​/f​/d

Position: Quality Improvement Engineer (m/f/d)
In Rheinmetall Expal Munitions, we are looking for an Engineer to ensure the good quality of products, services and systems through a continuous improvement methodology. The continuous quality development will come with proper use of process monitoring, non-quality cost management, root cause analysis, use of quality core-tools, use of solving problem methodologies, creation of the proper Q-gates and assessments. Manage and deploy quality improvement projects through all work places.

Functions:

• Non Quality Cost management (WP Follow-up and HQ deployment)
• Non Quality Cost analysis and global action plan
• Process improvement across scrap monitoring and analysis
• Leading the Q-reporting of WP (KPI'S) by Global Quality Scorecard Expal
• Global Quality Q-IT tools deployment
• Organise Global Quality Meeting in order to share best practises and synergies, standardizing processes between WP.
• Define and follow-up Quality Strategic Plans (HQ and WP)

WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE

• Engineer Degree
• At least 2 years of experience in some of the following fields: engineering, research, design, manufacturing or maintenance, management, quality assurance or control, process engineering
• High English level (B2)
• Use of other tools such as databases (PLM, Oracle SAP)
• Preferable: ISO 900, AQAP 2110, Knowledge in Quality Statistics.
  Advanced knowledge in QMS and control methods
