In this role, you aren’t just "running programs"; you are a curator of experiences. Whether you're leading a painting workshop, playing a song, or facilitating a therapeutic social hour, your unique talents will make our facility feel like home.

• Creative Program Leadership: Design and implement group and one-on-one programs—from art therapy and live music sessions to cognitive games that foster social interaction and joy.

• Resident Connection: Spend meaningful time with residents, encouraging them to rediscover their passions and stay active in our community.

• Collaborative Planning: Partner with the Activities Director to brainstorm and execute "outside-the-box" events and seasonal celebrations.

• Holistic Coordination: Maintain a well-organized creative space, ensuring all "supplies for success" are ready and inventoried.

  Keep accurate records of participation and share observations with the nursing team to ensure well-rounded care.

• A Creative Soul: An artistic background or experience in music, art, or therapeutic recreation is highly valued.

• Energy & Leadership: A proven ability to lead groups with enthusiasm and work effectively both independently and as a team.

• Experience: Previous experience in long-term care or a similar setting is preferred.

• Compassionate Communication: Strong verbal and written skills with a heart for the elderly.

• Physical Stamina: Ability to maintain a high‑energy pace and lift up to 50 lbs to assist with event setups.
