First opening: Monday–Friday
Second opening: Sunday–Thursday

Creative Program Leadership: Design and implement group and one-on-one programs—from art therapy and live music sessions to cognitive games that foster social interaction and joy.
Resident Connection: Spend meaningful time with residents, encouraging them to rediscover their passions and stay active in our community.
Collaborative Planning: Partner with the Activities Director to brainstorm and execute "outside-the-box" events and seasonal celebrations.
Holistic Coordination: Maintain a well-organized creative space, ensuring all "supplies for success" are ready and inventoried.
Clinical
Collaboration:
Keep accurate records of participation and share observations with the nursing team to ensure well-rounded care.
A Creative Soul: An artistic background or experience in music, art, or therapeutic recreation is highly valued.
Energy & Leadership: A proven ability to lead groups with enthusiasm and work effectively both independently and as a team.
Experience: Previous experience in long-term care or a similar setting is preferred.
Compassionate Communication: Strong verbal and written skills with a heart for the elderly.
Physical Stamina: Ability to maintain a high‑energy pace and lift up to 50 lbs to assist with event setups.
We are looking for a supportive team player who leads by example, stays composed under pressure, and manages their day with a smile.
